Order Processing Time:

• All orders have a 1 to 3 business day processing time at Olanoah before Zulos hits the road. 
• Our Olanoah team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times:

• Once your order leaves Olanoah, the estimated delivery times varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
• Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or holidays. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur once the package leaves our warehouse.

Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

International Shipping:

• We currently offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the shipping process.
• Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations before placing an international order.
