Please visit our Contact page immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

All orders have a 1 to 3 business day processing time at Olanoah before Zulos hits the road. Once your order leaves Olanoah, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. If you choose our USPS or UPS Ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Our Olanoah team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or issues. 

All our toys are limited, and a few are rare. Once they're gone; they're gone for good.

Our products go through meticulous testing for quality and safety. Due to this, preorders may take up to 3 - 6 months to receive.
